Momentum tomorrow.

Clarity today.

Most of us don’t need more answers.
We need a clearer view of Jesus—and the courage to take the next step.

I walk alongside leaders and individuals who sense that faith was never meant to be confined to weekend platforms, programs, or preferences that shape our church life more than we realize. Many of them feel a quiet restlessness… a sense that something is shifting… and a desire for space to listen for what’s next.

I'm a clarity catalyst.

I help others see through a keyhole into a wider world of possibility, and then find the courage to open the door.

At the heart of my work is Cast Member Church, a community centered around those who work in Disney Parks worldwide. Through this distinctive mission field, I’ve invested in thousands of young people as they explore identity, purpose, and belonging in Jesus, helping them find clarity and direction amidst everyday pressures.

Over time, I’ve realized that the same clarity challenges faced by Cast Members are also showing up everywhere, especially among pastors, church leaders, and Kingdom pioneers who are navigating cultural change and sensing that something new is emerging.

Much of what I do begins with a simple question:

What’s keeping you awake at night?

Not in a dramatic sense, but in those quiet moments when things grow still and the deeper questions surface. Questions about direction, responsibility, calling, or what’s next.

I’ve come to realize that a big part of what I naturally do—and deeply love—is helping people slow down, sort through the clutter, and reconnect with what actually matters. Sometimes that looks like walking with pastors, leaders, or church planters. Other times, it’s simply sitting with someone who senses that Jesus may be inviting them into something more. Not by handing out answers, but by creating space for clarity to emerge.

If you find yourself in a season of transition or discernment, I invite you to reach out.

Sometimes the next step begins with a simple, honest conversation.
